We are looking for a proactive and professional Client support officer to be the face of a technology park in Nuneaton.

As a client support officer, you will take charge of the Welcome Centre, ensuring the highest standards of management, maintenance, and service.

You will support the Estate Manager and the Senior Management team, embodying the park’s culture and standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive image and ensuring that all visitors and occupiers receive exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Welcome Centre and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors professionally, managing room bookings, and assisting with events.
  • Maintaining communication with occupiers and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Liaising with the management team and contractors for maintenance and service works.
  • Supporting the Estate Manager in fostering relationships with contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
