As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience. What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Customer Account Manager role/customer facing role (B2B or B2C)
A confident and engaging telephone manner
Resilience, enthusiasm, and a target-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Experience using CRM systems (desirable but not essential)
