Conveyancing support paralegal

Miller Grace are currently working with a highly regarded regional practice and are currently looking for a conveyancing support paralegal for their Nuneaton office.

The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing quotations, updating clients, preparing documentation (such as contracts and transfers
• Maintaining case files in line with Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards, submitting Land Registry applications, handling exchanges, and ensuring smooth completion processes.
• 12 months previous experience within residential conveyancing as a support paralegal
