Job Introduction

Support WorkerPay rate: £11.85 - £13.00 (weekly pay)Shift Pattern: Days & Nights – 12hr shifts Mon to Sun with opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.Requirements: For this position, you must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle with care experience.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Coventry area and able to commute.

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right people to work across the Coventry area supporting individuals who require first class quality care. The role is to support medical, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.

Support with all facets of daily living.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.

confidentiality and respect privacy.

Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.

Aid with light household chores which may include cooking, cleaning.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.

Must have a Valid UK license

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
