This role is designed around customer needs and aligns with the company’s principles of creating a stronger, safer, healthier, and sustainable Borough. The successful candidate will foster a team culture that maximises customer involvement in service design, delivery, and monitoring, working closely with external partners.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Housing Solutions Service to provide high-quality support to residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external organisations to improve housing outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
