Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of an outstanding Housing Solutions Service in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This role is designed around customer needs and aligns with the Council’s commitment to creating a stronger, safer, healthier, and more sustainable Borough. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative and innovative team culture, maximising opportunities for customer involvement and ensuring the effective design, delivery, and monitoring of services in partnership with other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Housing Solutions Service, ensuring high-quality and customer-focused service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external organisations to enhance service provision.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of housing strategies and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice.
- Foster a team culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Promote customer involvement in the design and evaluation of housing services.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver value for money.
- Monitor and report on service performance, using data to drive improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior housing management role.
