This role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure they receive the best possible educational experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and engagement.
- Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of SEN students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and appropriate support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
