Our school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs.
- Support students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support student learning.
- Assist with classroom management and organisation.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
