Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support classroom activities, adapting materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to monitor and record student progress.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Knowledge of various SEN conditions and appropriate interventions
- Team Teach training would be highly desirable
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
