- Supervise and manage secondary school classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-set lessons to students, ensuring they remain engaged and on-task.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their work where required and ensure they understand instructions.
- Report back to teaching staff on the performance and behavior of the class.
- Previous experience as a Sports Coach or in a similar role working with young people.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage groups of students effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different schools and classrooms.
- A passion for supporting students’ learning and development.
- A good understanding of behavior management techniques.
- A valid DBS check (registered to the update service) or willingness to undergo one.
- Obtain 2 professional references and one being a relevent reference

- 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years, that can be referenced
