We are currently looking to recruit Tray Wash Operatives to join us at our clients site based in Nuneaton (CV10)We want motivated & reliable candidates who want to learn new skills. The tray wash operative covers a range of duties from working on the wash machines, tray sorting, loading, stacking and unloading.Shift pattern Days : 3 on/3 off12 hour shifts6am to 6pm Pay Rate: £ 11.58 Over time £ 13.08Shift pattern Nights: 3 on/3 off12 hour shifts6pm to 6amPay Rate: £ 12.24 Over time £ 13.74There is also a Production Bonus for when targets are met.Duties Include:Prepare plastic trays for re-useTo ensure the productivity and efficiency targets are achievedCarry out various hygiene tasksLoad/unload plastic trays onto a conveyor beltSort & organise all trays into correct sizesEnsuring that site Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures are followedQuality controlIf you have some experience of working in a fast paced environment, ideally warehouse that is advantageous and you will also have full training provided.
