The Role:

In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience, making our stores both engaging and easy to shop.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our visual displays align with brand, customer, and commercial goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape Holland & Barrett's in-store experience and drive visual innovation across all locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising principles for UK and Ireland stores.
  • Enhance product presentation and storytelling through strategic VM solutions.
  • Design engaging layouts that are easy to shop and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan seasonal and promotional displays.
  • Lead the Beauty reset to ensure seamless customer transitions to new ranges.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Mentor the VM team, providing guidance and fostering growth.
  • Continuously review and optimise VM standards to stay ahead of retail trends.

Location: Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2- days per week.

The Person:

  • Extensive experience in visual merchandising, including team leadership.
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Proven track record in executing in-store installations and managing budgets.
  • Customer-focused with a creative and commercially driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about design and the in-store customer experience.
