Salary: 28,000 and company benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, Saturday mornings on rota - full time

My client is recruiting for an experienced Service Admin to join their Main dealership in the Southampton area.

Role:
- Working closely with the Service Advisors, Service Managers and the Workshop. You will be tasked with the invoicing, administration within the service department.
- Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in an a methodical and accurate manner.
- Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
- Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
- Preparing invoices.
- Maintaining accurate payment records.
Requirement:
- Must have experience within the Motor trade.
- Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
- Must have strong administration skills and ability spin many plates.
- Previous experience as a Service Administrator.
- Kerridge experience in preferred although not desirable
