Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Electrician for a permanent position on a social housing contract in Derbyshire.
The role involves completing responsive repairs and testing in tenanted properties, primarily in Alfreton and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £36,500, along with a van, fuel card, and pension scheme.
Candidates must have AM2 certification and the 18th edition qualification, with experience in reactive repairs and maintenance.
The position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Derbyshire. This is a permanent role. The successful Electrician will be expected to complete responsive repairs and testing in tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

36,500 basic salary
Van and fuel card
Pension scheme

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Work in Alfreton and surrounding areas
Reactive repairs and maintenance
EICRs and remedial work
Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
