About the Client
Our client is a forward-thinking brand marketing company specializing in delivering exceptional live events across multiple locations. By combining innovative solutions with state-of-the-art equipment, they create impactful indoor and outdoor activations for clients in various industries and markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring timely approval and payment of invoices.
- Reconcile bank transactions in Xero and ensure accurate financial records.
- Oversee sales invoice processing and credit note management.
- Maintain credit control to support smooth financial operations.
- Contribute to VAT returns and liaise with auditors during annual reviews.
- Prepare monthly contract summaries and analyze revenue, costs, and recognition.
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts.
- Collaborate with teams to improve invoicing and expense processes.
- Work with group functions on payroll and cash flow coordination.
Required
- Strong financial accounting knowledge.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience in operational or project-based environments, with an understanding of costing methodologies.
