Experience in operational businesses and a deep understanding of product or project costing will be advantageous. We're seeking someone who can bring fresh perspectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes.

About the Client

Our client is a forward-thinking brand marketing company specializing in delivering exceptional live events across multiple locations. By combining innovative solutions with state-of-the-art equipment, they create impactful indoor and outdoor activations for clients in various industries and markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring timely approval and payment of invoices.
  • Reconcile bank transactions in Xero and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Oversee sales invoice processing and credit note management.
  • Maintain credit control to support smooth financial operations.
  • Contribute to VAT returns and liaise with auditors during annual reviews.
  • Prepare monthly contract summaries and analyze revenue, costs, and recognition.
  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve invoicing and expense processes.
  • Work with group functions on payroll and cash flow coordination.

Required

  • Strong financial accounting knowledge.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience in operational or project-based environments, with an understanding of costing methodologies.
