- My client, a Charming Coaching Inn based at the heart of Historic Oakham, is looking to recruit a Highly Service Driven & Hands-On General Manager to oversee the running of this busy multi-functional venue.

- As General Manager of one of the East Midlands most recognisable properties which regularly attracts Famous Celebrities, Politicians and Business Leaders, its not a stretch to say this is a once-in-career type of opportunity!

- With an Award-Winning Fresh Food Restaurant, Global Beverage Offering and Regular Functions & Events, as General Manager youll be responsible for leading a highly committed team, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring that every employee has the necessary guidance and support to do their role as effectively as possible and help maintain and further build on this venues outstanding reputation.

- The property is incredibly ambitious when it comes to improving and elevating the guest experience, and as such, were looking for a General Manager who shares the same level of passion, energy, enthusiasm and drive!

- A General Manager with previousFood and Beverage experience in a quality, service driven environment, ideally a high-end Restaurant or Boutique Hotelis essential.

- Most importantly, a Personable and Charismatic Individual is whats needed, someone
who can act as one of the Main Figureheads across the property, getting to know the guests, chatting to the regulars and creating a relaxed and welcoming home from home environment!
