What we're looking for:

Longevity is key in our search for our client's new Head Chef.

A proven track record of maintaining a Head Chef or Sous Chef position in a similar environment is needed. Experience at 2 AA Rosette would be required.

What's involved?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join the hotel ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining their excellent reputation in the area.

As the hotel is part of a small group of hotels, there are core dishes that remain on the menu, however, an ever-changing specials menu allows your creativity to shine.

The hotel has a popular afternoon tea offering, roughly 52 weddings per year and a busy fine dining restaurant and casual restaurants along with private dining rooms.
