An exciting opportunity for a Head Chef is available at a busy dining pub in the Oakham area, ideal for an existing Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef.
The position offers a competitive salary package of up to £40,000, along with tips, food on duty, PPE, and staff discounts.
The Head Chef will work closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team to produce fresh cooked food to AA rosette levels.
Candidates should have experience in a fresh food volume-driven kitchen and be capable of managing, coaching, and training the kitchen brigade.
