This property has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, and dinner. With a fresh food brasserie style menu. There is also large scale banqueting of up to 450 covers. All operated from a separate kitchen.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the management and development of a brigade of 12. You will need to consistently change menus on a seasonal basis. Plus, maintain food hygiene standards and achieve food cost.
For this Head Chef role you must have experience of quality four star hotels to at least Head Chef level. You must also be able to demonstrate a history of large volume banqueting operations too.
With kitchen investment signed off. This is a good time to be joining to design and influence the refurbishment.
