- Support the sous chef and head chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff during service.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Help in developing and updating menus.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff.
