A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Oakham & Stamford for a Pastry Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary package to £34k d.o.e (Basic to £30k + tips)
- 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
- 5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off
- 4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day
- Work in brand new refurbished modern kitchen
The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Brand New refurbished kitchen
- Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
- Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
- You will already be a Pastry Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
