They are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team, in their superb new offices in the centre of the bustling and vibrant town. The Practice is highly successful and prides itself on offering a first-class service to all their clients, providing them with a range of investment and retirement products and solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.

Position Overview:

As the Paraplanner, you will focus on the whole client journey, and as such there may be opportunities to attend and/or host client facing meetings. You will be providing technical expertise throughout the advice process, undertaking detailed research and analysis to produce a wide variety of financial planning solutions. You will always strive to produce well thought out, meaningful and compliant financial planning reports that demonstrate your attention to detail and understanding of Client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be transacting client investments and assisting with the preparation of presentations and documentation required for client meetings
  • Conduct research to source suitable solutions, completing detailed and informative reports
  • You will be inputting and maintaining detailed client information to support the Advisor team as well as ensuring supporting documentation and back-office systems are maintained and all client files remain compliant
  • You will provide an efficient, friendly, and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries by telephone, email and in person
  • You will be processing cases and liaising with admin teams.

Requirements:

  • You should be an experienced Paraplanner with great report writing skills
  • Level 4 Diploma is desirable but not required if you have good paraplanning experience
  • You will have experience of Life, Pension, and Investment products
