HR OFFICER - exciting opportunity to join our team!

Full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Beautiful Hotel that is building a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences! At the core of the business, is our amazing team of over 150 dedicated members and we're currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Admin Assistant to join us, collaborating closely with our standalone HR Manager in ensuring the seamless care and support of our dynamic and busy team.

The successful HR Officer will have a passion for people, and a helping and supportive nature. You will have experience in an HR setting, be highly motivated and a self-starter who can take instruction but also have the ability to work with autonomy and ownership.

You will be a skilled administrator with a high proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail and accuracy must be of the highest standard. Organisation skills are essential, as is the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.

You must always demonstrate exemplary levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to our General Manager, you will be involved in a variety of HR functions, including:

路 Supporting and collaborating with our General Manager to ensure seamless recruitment processes, from posting job openings to supporting head of departments with the process.

路 Assisting in the preparation of offers and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

路 Facilitating smooth onboarding and orientation experiences for new team members.

路 Maintaining meticulous records of employee data, always prioritising confidentiality and security.

路 Contributing to HR initiatives and projects that foster employee engagement and growth.

路 Providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, from meeting coordination to report preparation.

路 Ensuring GDPR compliance and upholding the highest standards of data protection.

路 Supporting employee relations activities with a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution.

路 Managing Continuing Professional Learning (CPL) administration, ensuring our team's skills stay sharp!

Qualifications:

You bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR administration experience to the table.

路 Your organisational skills are second to none, and your attention to detail is impeccable.

路 You are well-versed in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and T&A System.

路 Your communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal.

路 You possess a working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

路 Discretion is your middle name, and you handle sensitive information with utmost care.

路 Your proactive problem-solving abilities and collaborative attitude set you apart.
