Salary: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking an Experienced Warehouse Inventory Cycle Counter to join our client's team in Oakham. This role is vital for maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock control within the manufacturing engineering sector and be proficient in SAP Warehouse Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled Cycle Counts of production stock.
- Correct SAP system errors identified during Cycle Counts.
- Educate team members on Cycle Counting processes.
- Collaborate with the Production Team for process improvements.
- Classify stock based on cost, lead-time, and importance.
- Handle sub-assembly confirmations and live orders in SAP.
Essential Skills:
- Proven stock control and cycle counting experience.
- Valid external FLT licence (Reach or Counterbalance)
- Proficient in SAP Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Own transport due to location and shift times
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday.
- Shifts: 05:45-14:15 or 07:00-15:30.
