Our clients, a highly successful Estate Agency in the Oakham area, are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to drive their Lettings division forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry and driven individual who has a background in Lettings. The role will involve gaining new instructions, viewings, and closing for business

Working Days:

  • Full Time
  • Monday – Friday
  • Saturdays on a rota basis

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
  • Commission structure with on-target earnings of up to £50,000
  • Full support from the Director

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

  • Experience in Lettings industry
  • ARLA qualified ideally
  • Property Management experience
  • Strong listing skills
  • Good knowledge of Lettings legislation

As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

  • Attending Valuations and closing for Lettings instructions
  • Ability to drive the Lettings business forward
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Leading by example
  • Maintaining and increasing the current portfolio
