Senior Sales Negotiator - Oakham

An extremely rare opportunity has arisen to join the area’s leading property professionals as a full-time Senior Sales Negotiator within an award-winning, independent Estate & Letting Agent. The business has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants, focusing on each individual’s unique moving goals. Experience Required:
  • A self-motivated individual who puts clients' needs first.
  • Experience in a Senior Sales/Negotiator role, ideally within Estate Agency, though training and support will be provided from day one.
  • A professional attitude with pride in the work and service provided.
  • A great listener with a positive mindset.
  • Commercially minded, results-driven, and able to create sales opportunities and keep deals together.
  • A confident communicator, with experience in consultative selling both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate property sales on behalf of vendors.
  • Conduct property viewings, ensuring they are professional and informative.
  • Manage the sales process from offer to completion, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Compile all documentation required by legislation for property sales & lettings.
  • Communicate and prospect with potential clients professionally.
