My client has been voted by the Times Magazine as the best place to stay in the UK and is looking for a brilliant F&B Manager to Head up all of the Restaurant, Bars, outdoor BBQ space, Club House and Weddings and party barn.
Its a gorgeous rural location that has a first class chef so the food is really putting it on the map as a destination restaurant. As well as being down to earth, hands on and a really positive person, we need someone who perhaps has some branded restaurant experience so that you can bring your knowledge of the importance of consistency and brand standards, whilst also knowing the difference between what good and GREAT looks like in terms of service!
You would have a handful of cracking full time people to support you in your team and you would lean on casuals when needed naturally for events. This boutique hotel has been through a full refurbishment and re opened under my clients ownership literally months ago and has just completed building of an impressive Party Barn and state of the art Spa with a bespoke club house, so a lot going on for a 45 bedroom luxury hotel.
Ideally you will live locally so you don't have to commute a long distance to the hotel, be passionate and interested in great food and fine wines and really want to join the latest luxury rural bolthole. You would be joining the latest success story in new luxury boutique hotels in the UK 4 currently and growing, run by an inspiring driven Entrepreneur, this really is a great opportunity for someone with ambition and flair!
