Materials Buyer - Manufacturing

A business at the forefront of the industry, continually expanding and setting new standards.The Role:As the Materials Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing all materials required for production. Your responsibilities include:- Manage the entire procurement process, including ordering production and non-production items, creating and expediting Purchase Orders on SAP, and scheduling according to demand. - Assist the Purchasing Manager with administrative duties, maintaining non-stock item levels, and ensuring adherence to procurement procedures. - Benchmark and source suppliers to optimise procurement strategies and support business objectives.What You'll Need:- Previous purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.- SAP system experience.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.Salary & Working Setup:- Ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, based on experience. - Primarily based in the Rutland office 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge, please submit your credentials to .
