Welder/Fabricator
Due to continued growth a position has become available for an experienced welder to join a growing busy manufacturing/Engineering company based near Oakham.
Responsibilities:
- Mig welding
- Set-up and layout jobs using engineering drawings, diagrams, and fixtures.
- Carrying out welding operations in accordance with appropriate welding procedure specification.
- Use of grinders/sanders and general hand tools
- Requirement to do other fabrication work and associated tasks as required.
Person Specification:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Competent in reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Able to use various hand tools whilst adhering to H&S procedures
- Attention to detail
- Good team player with ability to communicate well with others
- Organised and able to prioritise workload to ensure products can be dispatched on time
Hours and Pay:
- Monday - Friday (Days)
- Up to £14/hour DOE
- Overtime available
