As a Solar Administrator at Starks Electrical LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar installation projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, managing project documentation, scheduling installations, and providing exceptional support to our customers throughout the process. While experience in solar administration is preferred, it is not essential; we are more interested in finding someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for solar panel installations and related projects.

Coordinate with clients, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including applications, contracts, and schedules.

Handle customer inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist in preparing reports and tracking project progress.

Work closely with the installation team to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience, preferably in the solar or electrical industry.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of solar panel installation processes (preferred but not required).
