Summary:

GI Pro have permanent role for a Maintenance Supervisor for our client based in Oban in Scotland on a 6 month temporary contract. This will be based in an NHS hospital and will involve both mechanical, electrical and facilities maintenance on hospital equipment and plant.

The role: Maintenance Supervisor

  • Working within a hospital dealing with all the facility maintenance on site
  • Dealing with HVAC systems & electrical works

Mechanical, electrical and facilities maintenance

The candidate: Maintenance Supervisor

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification within one of the following disciplines: Mechanical and / or Electrical
  • Proven experience as FM Supervisor / Leader experience
  • Excellent knowledge of plant, machinery, systems, and components

Demonstrates high mechanical and / or electrical hands on maintenance experience and knowledge

Awareness of health and safety standards

Aptitude in using various hand tools

Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read Work Order Cards, RAMS, instructions, blueprints, schematic diagrams, general arrangements, building layout / containment drawings, knowledge of assigned (example HVAC) systems, similar systems, or equivalent systems
