Are you an experienced Restaurant Supervisor or an Assistant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?
THE JOB:
- Day to day running of a restaurant within one of a stunning property located in the Scottish Isles.
- Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
- Support of the Restaurant Manager.
- Delegative as well as hands-on service.
- Staff training and development.
- Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- two or more years of proven experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Ability to lead by example.
- High standard on personal appearance.
- Ability and willingness to work split shifts.
THE PACKAGE:
- 35K per annum + bi-annual TRONC.
- 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts.
