Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?
THE JOB:
- Day to day running of a restaurant within one of the Scottish Isles based Hotels.
- Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
- Work closely with the Senior Management to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels and service quality.
- Smooth communication between all Heads of Departments within the property.
- F&B Stock Management.
- Staff training and development.
- Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a table service setting at a Managerial level.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Ability to lead by example.
- High standard on personal appearance.
- Ability and willingness to work split shifts.
THE PACKAGE:
- 40K per annum.
- 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts.
