Avionic and Mechanical Supervisors
Location: Hampshire, England
Job Type: Contract currently running until 31/03/2025 with potential for extension
Morson Talent are currently seeking Avionic and Mechanical Supervisors to work on the Chinook aircraft based at RAF Odiham.
Job Duties:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of avionic and mechanical technicians
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Overseeing maintenance, repair, and installation of avionic and mechanical systems
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Training and mentoring junior staff members
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Avionic or Mechanical Supervisor
- Knowledge of aerospace and aviation regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Applicants must have held authorisations as a Supervisor and a Mk4 Chinook Q Course although MK3 Q may be considered
