Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Offord Cluny, St Neots
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm.
Salary: £22,230
I am looking for an enthusiastic customer service administrator to assist in the smooth running of the daily operations of the business.

What will you be doing in the customer care coordinator role?
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with and schedule contractors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a solutions-focused approach to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Perform data entry and manage CRM/customer service portals accurately.
- Log job sheets and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track service activities.
What we would like from you:
- Experience in customer service
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data entry, CRM systems, and Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
