Senior Revenue / FP&A Accountant - Nr. Okehampton - Circa: £50,000
Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have formed an exclusive recruitment partnership with a new client, an award winning specialist manufacturing business that has grown from strength-to-strength, and shows no signs of slowing down. developed to support continued growth through high quality FP&A and commercial input. This is a full time, permanent position to be based at the company’s headquarters based on the outskirts of Okehampton.
The role works closely alongside a friendly and highly experienced senior management team, all of whom possess an infectious passion for developing their business and product range. This will be broad and interesting role for the successful candidate, providing both analytical and strategic intelligence to maximise revenue and profitability streams - a genuine value-adding opportunity. Key responsibilities to include:
- High quality analysis of often complex revenue streams tracking financial performance
- Production of high quality management reports highlighting areas for growth potential and identifying market trends
- Develop and implement costs saving initiatives
- Competitor analysis
- KPI Analysis
- Work closely with both finance, operations, supply chain and sales teams to develop high pricing strategy and financial models
- Ensure compliance to all reporting standards to include UK GAAP and IFRS

This role has a highly commercial remit and the successful candidate will be required to take ownership of financial best-practice for an often complex set of income streams working to tight deadlines. The role would be particularly well suited to a candidate that has experience in pioneering new/improving existing processes and systems as the business continues to grow (at an extraordinary rate!). The organisation is driven by a friendly and highly motivated team and the successful applicant will be a recognised face across all department of the business - great inter-personal and communication skills are a must!
