We are supporting our Client who specialise in offshore energy, renewables, construction, and marine science sectors worldwide. With exciting projects, including some of the largest offshore wind developments with recruitment of a SHEQ Senior Group Executive.

The Role
Offshore Marine SHEQ Senior Group Executive to oversee and drive all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) initiatives across our offshore marine operations. This is your chance to make a significant impact on ensuring the safety, sustainability, and compliance of some of the world’s most innovative offshore projects.

As the leader of the SHEQ strategy, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, developing robust policies, managing risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement across the business. You’ll be the key figure in ensuring meets and exceeds industry standards, both locally and internationally, and foster a culture of safety, responsibility, and environmental stewardship across the company.

As QHSE Senior Group Executive You’ll Be Doing

  • Risk Management & Contract Review: Lead SHEQ risk assessments in contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and strategies across the business.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all activities are compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and industry regulations, leading audits and driving continuous improvement.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and report on incidents, with a focus on minimizing non-compliance and driving corrective actions.
  • Training & Development: Promote continuous learning and development, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain the highest safety standards.
  • Sustainability: Be a champion for environmental sustainability, integrating eco-friendly practices into every aspect of our operations.

As an experienced SHEQ Senior Group Executive you will have:

A strategic, proactive professional with a passion for SHEQ  management and the offshore industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in SHEQ management, ideally in the offshore or marine sector.
  • Expertise in risk assessments, contract management, and SHEQ systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • NEBOSH certification and proven experience leading audits.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive change.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship.
