Demand Planner

Okehampton

Permanent - Hybrid

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner to join the supply chain team and become pivotal link between the supply and commercial functions.

The purpose of the role is to provide a clear demand signal into supply chain to support factory scheduling, material purchasing and therefore optimisation of finished goods inventory.

The Role:

  • Demand/Forecast System Management, Data collection, analysis & insight creation, challenge of commercial assumptions and collaborative action planning & delivery
  • Exceptional demand event planning Promotional calendar, NPD launches and seasonal demand
  • Analysis & Reporting of medium- and long-term forecast changes with the potential to impact the business
  • Translation of demand planning data into material planning data for procurement and manufacturing
  • Management of supply chain relationship with D2C fulfilment provider and liaison with FG.com team ensuring material planning and performance is correct
  • Supply Chain support for international import/export and associated transport, and procedures, working with finance and technical

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in demand Planning, Factory Scheduling, Material planning and Stock Control
  • Strong understanding of demand planning process, procedures and measures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organisational ability and able to prioritise workload
  • 5 years experience in FMCG Food Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain and Distribution environment
