Job Summary: The site manager is responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supervising all on-site activities. They are pivotal in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate activities related to the construction project.
- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to time lines.
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate records such as daily progress reports and site logs
