Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for diary management, meeting coordination, travel & accommodation coordination, visa arrangement, expenses management for the executives
  • Prepare agendas, business reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Manage daily office operations, including office repair & maintenance, office supplies management, vendor management, staff on/off boarding and etc
  • Coordinate regular company events
  • Support on ad-hoc tasks

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in secretarial support and office management
  • Proactive, diligent, supportive with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • 5 days a week in the office (onsite)
