We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hydraulic Hose Engineer to join our dynamic team, working in a fixed location in Melton-Mowbray, LE14 3NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic hoses and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install, service, and repair hydraulic hoses and related systems on various machinery and equipment.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and efficiently, offering expert advice and solutions.

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Diagnose hydraulic system issues accurately and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for future reference and billing purposes.

Stock Management: Manage and maintain inventory of hydraulic hose parts and tools in the workshop

Overtime Availability: Be available for overtime work as required to meet customer demands and emergency repairs.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic hose installation and maintenance.

Technical Skills: Proficient in hydraulic systems, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in hydraulic systems or mechanical engineering preferred.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions.
