Job Title: General Operative
Location: PE22, Boston
Working Hours:
- Day Shift 6am to 6pm
- Night shift 6pm to 6am
Pay rate:
- Day shift £11.13ph
- Night shift £12.40ph
The core responsibilities of a General Operative include:
- Support various tasks on the production line, ensuring products are assembled, packed, or processed efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, move stock or products to designated areas.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment as required, ensuring safe and proper use.
- General Operative must inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- General Operatives must work closely with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
Key requirements of General Operatives:
- Fit and able to carry out duties in line with production requirements
- Be able to adhere to Health & Safety Requirements
- Flexible approach to work and hours
