We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner Assistant to join our team, supporting the development and well-being of children aged 3 to 5 in a warm and welcoming environment. The role will involve working as a key person under the direction of the Nursery Manager to provide a safe, stimulating and high-quality education and care to young children.

Who are you?

  • Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (for children aged 3-5).
  • Have a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (essential if qualified after 1st September 2014).
  • Hold Paediatric First Aid training (or be willing to complete it within 3 months).
  • Have experience working in anEarly Years environment.
  • Understand how young children learn and develop.
  • Can work effectively with colleagues, parents, and professionals.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
