Hays is partnering with a rapidly growing business based in Normanton to find an Internal Communications Manager, who will work closely with the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving company with a staff headcount of 2,000 employees.As this is a newly created position, you will have the chance to shape and deliver the internal communications strategy from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges and is passionate about creating engaging and effective communication within a large organisation.
You will be instrumental in raising the profile, crafting impactful internal and external communications, and contributing to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications or marketing, with a passion for storytelling and an ability to connect with various audiences.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and formats.
  • Experience in creating case studies, articles, and CSR-related communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
