The role involves operating an AMADA Press Brake machine, working with metals, and performing general workshop duties including reading engineering drawings and tool changes.
The pay is £13.29 per hour, with additional shift allowances of 20% for day shifts and 33% for afternoon shifts.
Shifts include rotating days and afternoons or fixed nights, with hours from 6am to 10pm or 10pm to 6am.

We are recruiting for an experienced Press brake operator to work for our client who are in Normanton, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES:

Operate an AMADA Press Brake machine
Working with metals
General workshop duties
Be able to read engineering drawings
Tool changes / report faults

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

Minimum 2 years' experience working within a Workshop environment
Excellent communication skills

THE HOURS:

These are the shifts we require.

Rotation days and afters or fixed nights

Days: Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm

Afternoons - Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm

Fixed Nights: 10pm – 6am

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate of £13.29 dependent on experience. Both shifts also have a Shift Allowance, Days being 20%. Afternoons being 33%.
