Role Details - Financial AccountantWe are looking for a proactive Financial Accountant to join an excellent, well-known business based in North Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will be working for a fantastic Finance Manager, who has an excellent focus on championing development in the individuals in their team.

Role responsibilities of Financial Accountant* Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and reports* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards* Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision making* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes* You will conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial information

Skills required of the Financial Accountant* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)* Excellent eye for detail with Strong technical and analytical skills* Ability to work effectively on your own and with a team.
