This opportunity is an ideal stepping stone for individuals eager to advance their careers in the value-adding, commercial side of finance.We are seeking a Qualified Management Accountant, or a finalist who has no more than one exam remaining. This role provides valuable exposure to business operations and finance business partnering, perfect for those looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities of this Management Accountant role will include:
  • Partner the Finance Manager on various projects to achieve financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with various business units and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support.
  • Oversee the weekly financial P&L, conduct revenue analysis, and handle monthly and year-end reporting. Consolidate this information into clear, concise reports.
  • Compile comprehensive annual plans and present these to senior management team members.
  • Produce accurate monthly balance sheets to support financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Review and improve existing processes to enhance decision-making capabilities.
The successful Management Accountant will require:
  • ACCA Qualified or a finalist.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
