We are currently recruiting for a Office Assistant/Administrator for one of clients in the Oldbury/Dudley area. This is the perfect position for a strong team player who is looking for a varied role where they can support the whole team.Key responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to queries and direct calls as required.
  • Monitor the main email inbox, forwarding emails to the relevant person.
  • Greet and book in visitors as they arrive.
  • Support the team with admin duties.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the public.
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
  • Adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Have experience of working within a high-demand environment.
  • Have appropriate communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be able to take responsibility for own workload and department.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
