Ideally you will have experience of operating cold rolled section forming, however training can be provided for the right person with a strong manufacturing background.
Role: Machine Operator - Cold Rolled Section, Nights Â
Hours of Work: Monday to Wednesday 6.00pm to 4.30am and Thursday 6.00pm to 1.00am
Salary:  £31,440.93 to £38129.69
Person specification
- Manufacturing experience in a production environment
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Capable of working to delivery dates on a 'just in time' basis
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail; accuracy is paramount
- Able to work effectively in a team and on your own
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Operating and running CNC operated cold rolled forming machines
- Complying with health and safety policies and procedures
- Product quality and CE compliance including associated documentation
- Production schedule adherence and output achievement
- Lean manufacturing target achievements and idea generation
- Communicating with production, maintenance, drawing office and IT departments
- Understanding material & coding
