We are looking for an experianced contracts manager with local authority/ social housing / Domestic background/ voids / response / Repairs / DLO experience/ P&L management/ is good with number and client management You will be looking after 3/4 contracts with the same amount of supervisors & direct reports.

£60000 + 5K car Allowence + 4k bonus 23 +8 (+1 per year until 28+8) pension and other benifits (please ask)

Responsibilities include;Monitor the performance of the contract and ensure that Key Performance Indicators are achievedManage resources to ensure efficiency and contractual obligations are maintainedMonitor progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed specification standardMonitor quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business unitManage a team of Contract Supervisors / Supervisors and liaise with Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for the mentoring and development of employeesEnsuring works are completed to a high standardRequirements:Knowledge of building maintenance and repairsTrade background preferredGeneral Health and Safety, IOSH, CSCS, Scaffold Management, SMSTSFull current UK clean driving licence.Clean DBS
